• RSVP required by 9/22. Rooms will be assigned by the church - we will try to accommodate all requests, as much as feasiblly possible.
• A $50 deposit will reserve your spot. All payments will be due by 9/22.

FAQ

• What is the cost of this trip? The cost of lodging will be covered. We hope attendees will carpool to Holmes, NY.
• Why do I need to pay $50? We want to avoid no shows, as well as the chance somoene joins without first RSVPing. This amount helps us make lodging arrangements with confidence. The amount will be used to cover additional meal and beverage expenses.
• What if I cannot pay the deposit? Please contact David for more information.
• May I invite others who are not part of the congregation? As much as we would like to invite everyone to join, the purpose of the retreat is to reconnect with others in our congregation and discuss church activiites moving forward. We hope you understand.
• How will we get there? We will meet at the Church and carpool to Holmes, NY. This event is open to members of the Presbyterian congregation.
• What should I bring? The campground will provide us with lodges and bedding. Please feel free to bring your books, your bibles, hiking shoes, bug spray, optional camping gear, guitars, and your good spirits!
• Is alcohol allowed? Yes.
